SOUZ is a premium retreat brand that blends Korea’s traditional healing principles with a contemporary lifestyle. Inspired by the medical philosophy of So-uju, the ‘human microcosm,’ SOUZ interprets the human body and mind as an organically connected system and brings this holistic healing culture to a global audience. The retreat is built around three dimensions—Body, Mind, and Soul—each paired with Korea’s healing traditions. Ultimately, every guest recovers as a complete, balanced So-uju.
