The Artemis Program is an international lunar exploration program. The goal is to enable sustainable lunar visits through the Lunar Gateway (space station) and a lunar base, establishing infrastructure for long-term lunar exploration and expanded human settlement, and ultimately transforming the moon into a launching pad for manned exploration of Mars and the outer planetes. HECATE is the lunar mobility that will be used once sustainable lunar visits are realized through the Artemis Program.
